Where can I find the forms?
The forms needed generally by a troop on a consistent basis can be found in our website under the "Leaders + Registered Adults" Tab under "Most Used Forms" section
Still cannot find what you are looking for there then go to council website at https://www.gssjc.org/en/our-council/forms-and-documents.html
How does a troop keep their Financial records?
Way Out West community highly recommends the wow community record keeping (Troop Financials F-31) file to be used. It is an easy and very simple tool for both record keeping and year end reporting. Download the excel file ---> first tab sheet is where the troop treasurer records all the ins and outs. Second tab sheet generates the report to turn in end of the year
