Key Sale Dates:
Aug 30 – Troop Fall Product Manager (TFPM) training available online
Sept. 11 – Program begins. Online ordering opens, and girls may start taking orders.
Oct. 12 – Last day to take orders on the order card and the last day for online girl delivery orders.
Oct. 13 – All orders received in person must be entered into the online system.
Oct. 27 – Nov. 1 - Nut and chocolate items will be delivered to Community sites for pick up.
Nov. 8 – Deadline to send 18 plus emails to customers to earn the Cookie Crossover patch.
Nov. 9 – Last day for online orders for magazines and shipped nut and chocolate items.
Week of Jan 1 – Girl rewards delivered to CFPMs

We are expecting the final box of forms and paperwork to be delivered any minute now. If you'd like to get a head start, fill out the information here to receive an email as soon as your Troop Info Packet is ready! Please use the form rather than emailing directly since this is much easier to track.

Aug 31 – Troop Fall Product Manager (TFPM) training available online
Sept 17 – Girl storefront opens for digital orders. Paper order card sales begin
Oct 18 at 10:59PM – TFPM deadline to enter/verify orders
Oct 31 to Nov 5 – Product deliveries to Communities. Girls begin to deliver nut/candy orders and collect any money.
Nov 13 – Online sales close
Dec 1 – ACH debits begin

Important Information/Check list for a Troop to be able to Participate in Fall Products
Troops must hold troop bank a/c
Troop must be current in their financials
All girls, leaders and Fall Sales managers must be registered for the participating Girl Scout year
ACH Form Must have been completed and submitted to Fall Product community Manager for automatic funds deposit
Returning Fall Product Troop Managers (Parent)
Please email to wowfallproduct@gmail.com your troop #
and Troop Fall Product Manager's (TFPM) name, best contact and number of girls that will be participating in Fall Products
New Troop Fall Product Troop Managers (Parents)
