1) When Attending/participating any Girl Scout Event as an Individual or as a troop, on hand/site a must to have for every participant are the following forms:
Girl Permission Slip (F-204M Multiple Use) - To obtain parent/guardian permission for girls to participate in one or multiple Girl Scout activities
Girl Medical Form (F-185) - Gives pertinent medical information, health insurance information, and contacts to authorize medical treatments for each girl.
Adult Emergency Form (F-22) - Gives pertinent medical information on Adults
Emergency Cards (F-338) - Contains emergency procedures and emergency phone numbers
Drivers Checklist (F-477) - For the adult in charge to verify a driver who will be transporting Girl Scout passengers to/from Girl Scout related activities.
Girl Scout Accident Insurance Information and Voucher (F-578 and F-579) - Contains information on Girl Scout insurance coverage and verifies Girl Scout insurance coverage.
2) Troop Finances Paperwork - All troops are required to have a bank account if they are participating in product sales, collecting dues, or participating in any money earning activity. All Troop bank accounts will have a minimum of two signers who are registered and have completed background checks. Troops must have a current on file with the Community Financial Specialist.

4) Destination/Gold Award Grant & Lilli Curry Gold Award Scholarship
5) Need a Reimbursement? Submit the following completed form together with original or copy of receipt
6) WOW Community has a "Pay it Forward" in place where community members choose another who has a made a difference and gift them at the summit.
7) When making any Girl Scout/Troop related purchases, use Tax exempt form as Taxes are non reimbursable
8) GSSJC volunteers, please keep a record of all of your Volunteer Hours update and submit annually to your Community Recognition Lead: WOWthanks2u@gmail.com
9) WOW Community Awards
Every year, the WOW Community recognizes several girls, leaders, and volunteers in the community who have gone above and beyond what was expected.
Leader of the Year - Awarded to a WOW Community troop leader.
Rookie Leader of the Year - Awarded to a WOW Community troop leader in their first year of troop leadership.
Mentor of the Year - Awarded to a WOW Community troop mentor.
Silver Boot Award - Awarded to a WOW Community volunteer.
Silver Star Older Girl Award - Awarded to a WOW Community Cadette, Senior, or Ambassador girl.
Honor Troop Award - To those outstanding troops that answer a "Yes" to 90% of the questions on this form.
